RAVEN is a talent-first brand-building agency operating across Fashion, Beauty, Arts, Entertainment and adjacent cultural spaces. We work with brands and collaborators who don’t just participate in culture, but help shape it.

Our work sits at the intersection of communications, talent, community and creative strategy. While we excel at traditional PR and talent marketing, our true differentiation lies in what sits beyond those disciplines: cultural intelligence, instinctive casting, meaningful community engagement, and ideas that travel naturally through real worlds - not just media plans.

RAVEN is part of the Miroma Group, a global collective of agencies operating across 35 markets, but our spirit is proudly independent, deeply plugged-in, and rooted in London’s creative landscape.

We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our growing team and work across a varied selection of fashion and lifestyle clients - ranging from the industry’s most talked-about upcoming designers to a number of the biggest sports brands, category-leading commercial brands, and luxury retailers in the world. RAVEN is pleased to offer a flexible working blend, the team comes together in our Central London office to collaborate as needed as well as giving individuals the time to work from home.

  • Managing the day-to-day execution of communication strategies for a dedicated roster of clients, including the seamless delivery of special projects.
  • Working alongside the wider RAVEN team to maximise any, and all, opportunities to generate stand-out coverage and expertly service the editorial community.
  • Providing supportive, daily management to junior team members, ensuring a nurturing environment and clear direction on project tasks.
  • Assisting in the new business process by identifying potential leads and contributing to commercial research and presentations within the Communications pipeline.
  • Developing and nurturing genuine industry relationships with traditional and unconventional contacts, ensuring RAVEN’s network is consistently engaged to benefit client goals.
  • Acting as a reliable, proactive partner to our community, ensuring impeccable care and attentive service for all brand partners.
  • Playing a key delivery role in RAVEN’s events and fashion week activities, focusing on high-level timeline management and suggesting innovative workflow improvements.

Impressive written communication skills, from emails through to press releases and proposals - the way in which we write is our currency.

A team player with a positive, flexible, can-do attitude and good sense of humour - we thrive on being a team who can collaborate and work together even at the busiest of times.

An existing network of industry peers - other PRs, writers, freelancers, creators, stylists…

Constant contribution to idea generation: bringing your inevitable natural ability as a digital native to the table across daily agency discussions and ultimately, bringing new digitally-driven ideas to our clients.

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment - as well as intuitive understanding of when and where to create space for pause, and creative thought.

A proven track record across traditional disciplines (editorial coverage, placement of collections on people and in main fashion shoots...) and experience with all things digital, activation and eventing.
