RAVEN is a talent-first brand-building agency operating across Fashion, Beauty, Arts, Entertainment and adjacent cultural spaces. We work with brands and collaborators who don't just participate in culture, but help shape it.

Our work sits at the intersection of communications, talent, community and creative strategy. While we excel at traditional PR and talent marketing, our true differentiation lies in what sits beyond those disciplines: cultural intelligence, instinctive casting, meaningful community engagement, and ideas that travel naturally through real worlds - not just media plans.

RAVEN is part of the Miroma Group, a global collective of agencies operating across 35 markets, but our spirit is proudly independent, deeply plugged-in, and rooted in London's creative landscape.

Raven is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and driven Junior Account Executive to join our growing team to work across a varied selection of beauty clients - with household names like Davines and FACEGYM, to new-to-market industry challengers. Working within our communications team, you'll have a dedicated roster of clients but will also gain experience across the dynamic work our talent marketing team delivers around influencers, talent and events (physical & virtual). We're looking for a hungry, new industry professional who is ready to get stuck in.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
  • Immaculate management of clients' products and samples. Overseeing send outs and mailers. Taking care and pride in ensuring product gets to the right people - beautifully presented!
  • Pitching and generating product placement across print, digital and social outlets.
  • Working alongside the wider team to maximise any and all opportunities to generate coverage and service the media.
  • Maintaining contact databases, editorial rotas, publication management and server administration.
  • Using your knowledge of the beauty news agenda to create e-blasts of images and releases in line with new product launches, celebrity placement, news, etc. – keeping press constantly informed about, and engaged with, Raven's client roster.
  • Working within the communications team to develop and execute clients' public relations strategy.
  • Assisting Account Managers across all day-to-day tasks, including daily contact with clients.
  • Daily, weekly and/or monthly coverage reporting.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Flexible, approachable attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to take on a new challenge when offered to you with excitement and enthusiasm.
  • Genuine desire to build personal relationships & connections within the industry.
  • Be a digital native and be able to take inspiration from what you see in the digital world to bring creative and innovative ideas to team discussions.
  • Able & willing to cross pollinate and think outside the box.
  • Keen interest in the cultural industries - not only beauty but also other creative disciplines... art, music, fashion & design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately & efficiently.
  • Good analytical skills and comfortable using Google Drive & all its features, a willingness to embrace new tools and skills including Canva and Teams.
  • Proven experience in prioritising tasks and time.
  • Launchmetrics experience preferable but not essential!

We are looking for candidates with or without previous professional experience within the industry; RAVEN welcomes and encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds.

*Competitive salary + benefits package to be discussed with applicants.
