What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality
- Attending client meetings and liaising with key stakeholders
- Managing project budgets and reporting financial progress
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and project specs
- Collaborating closely with the electrical and FM teams for integrated delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within the M&E or construction sector
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical plant installations
- Ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and handle technical challenges
- Familiarity with project programmes, commercial reporting, and compliance frameworks
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services are preferred but not essential.
