As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving projects to meet time, budget, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of mechanical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical installations across various sectors.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and services, including LPHW/MTHW/HTHW systems, steam and condensate services, chilled water installations, and compressed air installations.
