Our client is one of the North West's leading building services providers, and they are looking for a Managing Director.
- Exposure to maintenance or FM contracting is useful given the smaller service arm, but this is not an FM leadership role.
- A leadership style that builds and retains a team, rather than simply directing one.
- Experience of growing a business through new clients, frameworks or service lines.
- Full UK driving licence.
