We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across designated territories and product ranges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement, building key accounts, and expanding our market presence, along the M4 corridor.
Duties
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise revenue growth.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Manage and develop the existing business development team.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns that resonate with regional audiences.
- Provide regular feedback on sales performance, and strategic insights to senior management.
This position would suit an applicant with existing roofing sales or a history of heavy side builders’ merchants.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
