Medical Office Administrative Assistant in Manchester

Medical Office Administrative Assistant needed for full-time position in Manchester, NH offering $18-20/hr. + generous benefits package (4wks PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition, LTD/STD, retirement, bonus and more!). Position Overview

• Enter, update, and track patient insurance information in EMR
• Set up accounts and work with billing dept. on insurance claims, co-pays, etc.
• Process insurance verifications and prior-authorizations
• Assist patients with eligibility and other benefits related questions
• Work with insurance carriers and state benefit programs
• Run reports, perform clerical and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma; College Educations a Plus
• 1+yr Administrative/Medical Office Support
• Basic understanding of Medical Insurance- EOBs, Claims, etc.
• Computer skills: MS Office Suite (EMR & Billing software a plus)
• Wilingnes to complete pre-employment and occupational health screenings
• Ability to work in-office M-F 8-5 for training

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
