The duty of a Baby Room Leader at our Client's Stockwell setting will be to create planned, deliberate and incidental stimulus to encourage children’s curiosity and expose them to new and rich experiences. You will be role modelling for other members of staff in the room as well as for the children when planning and delivering activities with creativity and passion.
Job Requirements:
- Full and relevant child care qualification at level 3 or above or equivalent.
- Prior experience leading a Baby room and supporting others such as apprentices and assistants.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and how this is monitored in a nursery setting.
- Child-centred, strong drive to deliver quality child care.
- A thirst to learn new skills and desire to be the best you can be and to support others to be the best they can be!
- Motivated to make a difference within your community.
