We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our growing team and help ensure our children’s residential services consistently meet the highest standards of care, safeguarding, governance, and regulatory compliance.
The Role
As our Quality Assurance Officer, you will work closely with Responsible Individuals, Registered Managers, and operational teams to monitor service quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, legislation, and internal policies. You will support our Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, helping to drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance audits across our children’s homes.
- Produce clear, accurate audit reports with practical and actionable recommendations.
