Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to children and young people.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Support and educate patients and their families throughout their care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and infection prevention procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or Registered Nurse with relevant paediatric experience.
- Minimum of 6 months recent paediatric nursing experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
