iCare24 are currently recruiting for nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work with Day Nurseries in the Stockport area.
About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s development through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. You’ll help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver creative, child-centred activities
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding practices
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
- A team player with excellent communication skills
