Muve Healthcare are looking for an experienced and resilient Deputy Home Manager to join our team supporting a child with complex needs and highly challenging behaviours within a specialist residential setting. This is a rewarding but demanding role requiring someone with strong leadership skills, excellent behavioural support knowledge, and experience working with children and young people presenting significant risks and complex behaviours.
You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, staff support, and positive outcomes for the young person.
