Deputy Home Manager - Children's Residential Care (Challenging Behaviours)

Muve Healthcare is looking for an experienced and resilient Deputy Home Manager to support a child with complex needs and highly challenging behaviours within a specialist residential setting.

This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent behavioural support knowledge, and experience working with children and young people presenting significant risks and complex behaviours.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home and ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, staff support, and positive outcomes for the young person.
