As a small business we are continuously growing in which we require a motivated contract manager to allow the business to further its capabilities. We are primarily a responsive and planned contractor in both domestic and commercial settings.

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable professional with strong communication skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Produce and present monthly reports to clients.
- Ensure full compliance with strict health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Review and work with NATFED schedules of rates, identifying any discrepancies and communicating these clearly to customers.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for customers as required.
- Contribute proactively to the growth and development of the business, helping to drive the company in a positive direction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience working with NATFED schedules of rates, including the analysis and identification of rate discrepancies.
- Strong organisational and reporting capabilities.
- A solid understanding of health and safety compliance requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to achieving business objectives.
