Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Repairs Electrician to join our Electrical team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to aid and support our residents by carrying out repairs, planned maintenance works, and additional improvements to make them the best homes for our tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
Carry out a range of electrical works in occupied and empty properties up to current legislative standards.
Carry out inspections of occupied and empty properties to determine the extent of the repair, maintenance or installation required.
Carry out administrative work, using the handheld IT device to accurately record whilst on-site all processes from receiving jobs through to completion.
Participate in the Emergency call-out cover outside normal working hours, on a rota basis.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
Ability to build rapport with residents in order to resolve customer queries and issues.
Ability to use modern communication technology and IT.
Experience of working as a trade\’s operative in a strongly customer focused environment
A full, clean driving licence
