We’re currently recruiting for a Voids Cleaner to join our Voids Team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
To deliver a high-quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and ready for re-let. The role works collaboratively with other teams as required and contributes as part of a large, multi-skilled trades team to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery of a high-quality cleaning service across void properties.
- Completion of all general cleaning duties, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Safe operation of cleaning equipment and correct use of cleaning materials in line with health and safety requirements.
- Accurate recording of completed work and materials used via hand-held IT devices.
