Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Operative to join our Property & Estate Services Repairs Team.

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high-quality, customer focused repairs and maintenance service across Raven homes, ensuring every interactiondrives customer satisfaction and meets our performance, compliance, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete high-quality repair and improvement works in occupied and empty properties, in accordance with our standards and customer expectations.

• Deliver cost-effective building and maintenance solutions that enhance property condition and increase customer satisfaction.

• Maintain safe working practices by adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Ensure accurate job recording and compliance using relevant IT devices.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• Relevant trade qualification, including NVQ or City & Guilds

• Practical experience in all aspects of multi-skilled work required within Raven properties.

• Ability to use mobile working technologies to receive and record work.

• Ability to work in accordance with risk assessments, manufacturer’s instructions, Health and Safety, COSHH and manual handling.

• A full, clean UK driving licence
