Key responsibilities include:
- Procuring and managing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

- Working closely with tenants, leaseholders, contractors and colleagues to ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction throughout programmes of work.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including CDM Regulations, Building Safety requirements and Section 20 consultation obligations.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits, compliance reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring to Raven:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with residents, leaseholders, contractors and internal teams.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
