£30,250 p.a Full time, 37 hours per week. Location: Redhill

What you’ll achieve in the role:

  • The overall purpose of this role is to carry out painting and decorating works and supporting the team to meet service standards.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Carrying out a range of decorating works in empty properties, including wall papering, all types of painting, preparation works, and artexing where required.
    • To carry out inspections of properties to determine the extent of the repair or maintenance required, and to carry out the most cost effective, expedient works.
    • Carrying out administration work, using the hand held IT device and other technology to record all processes.
    • To liaise with customers and all other trades staff and contractors with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

  • Suitably qualified or have demonstrable skills and experience in painting and decorating works.
  • An excellent understanding of health and safety and how it applies to your role.
  • The ability to use modern technology and IT.
  • Ability to cope with a varied workload whilst providing high standards of service.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • DBS clearance will be required for this role.
