Full time – 36 hours per week Hybrid working – 2/3 expected office days per week. Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. We’re also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart from other organisations and helps us create a great experience for our customers and one another. Our culture statements form the principles for how we work and what we expect of one another whilst working together as One Raven.

What you’ll achieve in the role: The overall purpose of this role is to act as the single point of contact between property owners and Raven for all managed schemes delivered under management contracts, ensuring clear communication, escalation and oversight of performance against contractual requirements. The role provides subject matter expertise on contract terms, coordinating internal teams to respond to queries, share contract-related communications (including Osprey BRI schemes), and ensure consistent adherence across all schemes. It is responsible for monitoring contract performance, producing accurate and timely reporting for property owners, working closely with finance and operational teams, and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and compliance issues to drive timely resolution.

  • Timely, accurate responses to internal queries on management contract terms across all managed schemes.
  • Timely, accurate responses to external queries including customers.
  • Clear, consistent dissemination of contract-related updates to relevant stakeholders, particularly for Osprey BRI schemes.
  • Maintenance of records and reporting that support decision-making, auditability, and contract assurance.
  • Proactive identification of contract risks, service gaps, or inconsistencies, with evidence of coordinated resolution activity.

What you’ll bring to Raven: For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Ability to interpret management contract terms at an operational level.
  • Contract performance management and reporting.
  • Experience acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple schemes.
  • Confident working collaboratively with operational, compliance, and leadership teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting resolution.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Please review the job description and Raven Strengths Matrix for full role criteria details. You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better. DBS clearance will be required for this role.

What Raven will offer in return: To create a great experience for our customers, we need to create a great experience for one another. What Raven offers goes beyond the ordinary, giving you the opportunity to join a community of people who share the same values and are passionate about making a difference. Our reward package includes:

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay.
