We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join our Electrical Team.
What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused electrical service across Raven's housing stock, including electrical inspections, installations, and maintenance to current legislative standards, whilst contributing to Raven's wider multi-skilled trades team. The role includes responsibilities across responsive repairs and void properties.
- Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs or replacements efficiently, ensuring a right-first-time outcome that minimises disruption for residents.
- Maintain van stock levels in line with job needs and usage trends to reduce non-productive time and increase repair completion rates.
- Complete all job data on-site in real time using hand-held IT systems, enabling live job tracking, accurate cost control, and improved performance reporting.
- Deliver safe and compliant electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and empty properties, completing all jobs to current legislative and internal quality standards.
What you'll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2357, 2391/2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing), and 18th Edition (2382) qualifications.
- A strong understanding of health and safety, including working in tenanted homes.
- Full UK driving licence.
