Join us as a Contracts Officer and support contract management, procurement, and performance monitoring within Property & Estates Services. You’ll liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure effective oversight of contractors and deliver high-quality estate services.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting delivery of high-quality estate services by achieving KPIs and demonstrating value for money across Voids and Repairs contracts.
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety legislation and ensuring timely delivery of works.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and residents to improve service provision.
- Administering contract processes, including issuing work orders and monitoring contractor performance.
- Resolving service issues and complaints promptly and capturing lessons learned.
- Maintaining accurate service data and contributing to ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of Voids and Repairs Services.
- Experience in contractor management, including Health & Safety.
- Proven inspection and work scheduling skills.
- Understanding of contract law.
