HR Services Advisor £36,000 pro-rata part time – 32 hours per week We’re currently recruiting for a HR Services Advisor to join our People Team. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an engaging employee experience by providing high-quality support to employees and managers whilst coordinating operational processes across our employee journey. We’re a leading social housing provider based in Redhill, Surrey with over 6,000 homes and are committed to investing in our homes and communities To provide high quality first-line support to employees and managers across the employee journey, ensuring timely resolution of policy, procedure, and system-related queries. To coordinate our employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and on-boarding, contractual changes, learning & development, and leavers, within required timelines. To manage payroll and benefits administration. To manage our HR systems and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR retention schedule, audit readiness, and data integrity. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience. Experience of HR analytics and reporting (e.g. sickness absence and voluntary turnover) including use of Excel and producing reports from an HR database Sound knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management, and benefits administration.
