We’re currently recruiting for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our Cleaning team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to lead a team of Estate Cleaners to deliver a quality Estate Cleaning Service, and to take responsibility for the performance of the Estate Cleaning Team, ensuring quality measures are in place to maximise customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- To lead and manage a team of Estate Cleaners to deliver a quality Estate Cleaning Service and ensure that the appearance of the estates is well maintained.
- To maintain accurate cleaning data and update property management system.
- To follow up all areas of dissatisfaction and complaints, taking action to prevent re-occurrences, providing a response to residents and staff.
- To carry out regular inspections of cleaning, ensuring remedial action is taken where standards not achieved, including providing constructive feedback to Cleaners regarding quality of work.
- Ensure staff are trained and developed have regular one to ones, appraisals and a personal development plan.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Knowledge of the running a multi job service
- Good knowledge of modern technology and IT, including bespoke systems.
- The ability to resolving technical and people issues and identifying opportunities for improvement or resolution
- Experience working in a cleaning or estate services
