  • Stay ahead in client communications to manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with our Data Scientists, Data Engineering and Product teams to decide on the most appropriate approach for the client, based on what the client is trying to achieve.
  • Be a problem solver - getting a client integration across the line often requires getting two very different systems to work with each other.
  • Document the working methods and specific integration details for each client in order to share knowledge internally.
  • Build a deep understanding of Ravelin's products and systems.

Requirements

  • Solid data analysis skills, especially familiarity with BigQuery/SQL.

  • Self-motivated with high dependability.
  • General understanding of web and server technologies, including HTTP and JSON.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience with SDKs.

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with the command line and scripting (Bash, Python).
  • Knowledge of the fraud or payments industry, along with a general understanding of web payment flows and the parties involved.

Benefits

  • Flexible Working Hours & Remote-First Environment β€” Work when and where you’re most productive, with flexibility and support.
  • Comprehensive BUPA Health Insurance β€” Stay covered with top-tier medical care for your peace of mind.
