The product team are looking for an Authentication Product Manager to join us in the fight against fraud. We’re looking for a curious, self-motivated and collaborative person who loves analysing opportunities and solving problems. For this role, previous experience within the fraud or payments industry is important. Domain knowledge of 3DS2 is a must for this position. This includes a detailed understanding of the data points and technical flows of 3DS authentication.
You'll accelerate our product development focusing on our 3D Secure and Transaction Optimisation products. You'll scale, improve and combine existing products to meet the needs of clients. You'll drive adoption and customer satisfaction. You'll continually seek out new insights. You'll collaborate across teams to translate strategy and market feedback into product development, from initial conception to release and iteration. You’ll keep relevant regulation, certification and compliance requirements in mind throughout.
Key Responsibilities- Continuous improvement of existing products, delivering at pace
- End-to-end discovery, definition and delivery of new products
- Own the prioritisation and roadmap for your products and communicate the rationale behind your decisions
- Subject Matter Expert for 3DS and PSD2 / PSD3 / PSR - keeping up to date with regulations and standards, advising and supporting colleagues
- Conduct research and gather data to inform tactical and strategic decisions
- Work with engineers, designers, data scientists, sales and marketing to build great products
- Set goals and KPIs for your products, ensuring that performance is carefully measured and monitored
- Experience as a product manager, including delivery of products from start to finish with a strong understanding of the technical dimensions
- Domain knowledge on payments and authentication e.g. 3DS2 and PSD2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
