The Role
We are looking for someone to join our People Operations team in a role where you will be supporting both the Talent and HR sides of the business. It’s a great time to join the team as we work to maintain Ravelin’s amazing culture while supporting the company through its next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things well, and approaches their work with honesty and care. Responsibilities
- Help build job pipelines by reaching out to candidates on LinkedIn
- Review direct applications and shortlist qualified candidates
- Support hiring processes including posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews etc
- Support on maintaining up to date documentation and ensure data accuracy
- Own the onboarding checklist for new employees
- Be responsible for documenting changes in relevant systems for current employees (i.e. promotions)
- Contribute to People projects like ED&I (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) as well as general culture projects
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in a role where you had to be organised as well as people focused
- A genuine “people person” who enjoys helping and connecting with others
- High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and respect for others
- Understands the need for confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Well-organised, with attention to detail, dependable, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn, grow and contribute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
