Team Management Â
• Line manage the Marketing and E-commerce teams, providing structure, clarity, and ongoing performance guidance.Â
• Run weekly team standups, prioritisation sessions, and retrospectives.Â
• Ensure the team remains focused on the right work — with space for both delivery and improvement.Â
• Manage all people processes including recruitment, performance management, absence management and create an inclusive culture in the team
Relationship Management
• Manage external relationships with agencies delivering work to project scope, cost and quality
• Escalate any external supplier relationship issues to the Brand Director to ensure timely resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration Â
• Work closely with the Brand Director to ensure the brand’s creative vision is delivered consistently and to the expected standard.Â
• Liaise with Product, Ops, Wholesale, and external agencies to coordinate cross-functional launch and campaign execution.

• Own the marketing budget execution — tracking spend against plan, managing purchase orders and supplier processes, and ensuring efficient use of resources.Â
• Report on budget performance monthly and flag risks or underspend/overspend issues early.Â

• To actively contribute to Rave's social and environmental objectives, fostering a culture of responsibility and positive impact
