Our products help create warmer, more energy-efficient buildings across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for motivated, practical people to join our production team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate our extrusion lines and production equipment
  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain product quality
  • Identify and resolve minor process issues and equipment faults
  • Carry out quality inspections and accurately record production data
  • Support routine maintenance and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

  • A problem solver who enjoys practical work

  • Safety conscious and committed to doing things the right way
  • Physically capable of carrying out manual handling activities
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

This role is based on site in King’s Lynn. This role reports to the Plant Manager, RBS King’s Lynn.

Working Pattern
