At RATIONAL, people are at the centre of everything we do. As a People Specialist, you ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience combining operational excellence with a continuous drive to improve how we work.
You will be part of a wider EMEA People team, working closely with colleagues across countries while acting as a trusted partner to the local business.
Your scope of responsibility:
- You support the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- You ensure accurate HR administration, contracts and data quality and time management.
- You take ownership of payroll coordination (including P11D reporting) and travel expense processes (Concur).
- You support salary reviews, benefits administration and employee queries.
- You ensure compliance with HR processes, guidelines and statutory requirements.
- You contribute to HR projects and drive continuous process improvements.
- You support training coordination, development initiatives and succession planning.
Your professional profile:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a CIPD qualification.
- Proven experience in Payroll and pension administration.
- Very good Office 365 skills; good understanding of HR Systems such as SAP, Concur, SuccessFactors (or similar).
- Strong skills in operational HR execution along the employee life cycle.
- Analytical, structured way of working as well as solution-oriented thinking.
- High level of social competence and communication skills as well as a strong service orientation.
- Confidence in working with HR data, KPIs and reporting.
- Basic project management skills with the ability to deliver reliably.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach in an international environment.
