In this role you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives across the Wealth business. You will work closely with the Wealth Business Delivery & Enablement teams, and Group Change & Transformation to ensure that change is implemented in a way that enhances both the colleague and client experience. You will act as a central coordination point for assessing and managing change impacts, supporting the end-to-end readiness process through planning, communication, training, and support activities. Your focus will be on ensuring operational teams and client-facing colleagues are equipped for change, with minimal disruption to service. This is a new team, and they are still building the foundations so you will have a fantastic opportunity to make an impact from day one. You will be working with Senior Stakeholders (including C-Suite Executives) and be part of a passionate, enthusiastic team who pride themselves on pulling together to achieve fantastic results. We are looking for a candidate with a strong delivery mindset, who is disciplined and structured in their approach to work. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, taking ownership, and driving activity through to completion. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate positively across teams.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Change Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the coordination of client-facing and BAU change impacts across multiple initiatives.
- Contribute to business readiness plans aligned to programme milestones.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure readiness activities are embedded into project plans.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Communications teams to support the creation of training and engagement materials.
- Build effective working relationships across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk to support change adoption.
- Business Readiness Delivery
- Execute readiness activities including:
- Training coordination and support
- Internal communications related to change
- Support frameworks and Hyper Care planning
- Client communications (where applicable)
- Change Impact Assessments: Identify and assess the impact of change on people, processes, and systems, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a strong focus on client and adviser experience throughout change delivery.
- Support operational transition from project to BAU, ensuring teams are prepared for new processes and systems.
- Apply and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business readiness framework and methodology.
- Facilitate and participate in lessons learned reviews and share feedback to improve future readiness approaches.
- Provide input into feasibility assessments and advise on best practice change management techniques.
- Reporting
- Monitor and elevate risks and issues related to readiness activities.
- Provide timely updates and reporting on readiness status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders and forums.
About you

- Experience in Change Delivery (Business readiness or change management) and a strong awareness of how change impacts people, with the ability to tailor readiness approaches to different audiences.
- Demonstrated success in supporting business readiness activities including training, communications, and impact assessments.
- Skilled in supporting the planning and delivery of training and communications that resonate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with project management principles; formal qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are beneficial.
- Confident in presenting information clearly and listening actively to understand stakeholder needs.
- Demonstrated success working across departments to support the delivery of change.
- Experience with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, or digital wealth platforms is beneficial.
- Change Management Certification e.g., Prosci, APMG are desirable, but not essential.
- A solid understanding of front office Wealth Management operations, client lifecycle, and regulatory considerations is desirable, but not essential.
