Working under the direction of the Lead Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect and within an Agile product team, the role will deliver high‑quality Salesforce configuration and custom development, integrations and automation. The role plays a key part in the transition from consultancy‑led delivery to long‑term in‑house platform ownership, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and compliant.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using a combination of declarative configuration and programmatic development, aligned to Salesforce and FSC best practice.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and integrations, following established coding standards.
  • Implement, manage and support key Financial Services Cloud features, including Person Accounts, households, relationship groups, rollups, Action Plans and compliant data sharing.
  • Contribute to the design and build of integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and the Lead Developer to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment and release activities using Copado, ensuring quality, traceability and adherence to CI/CD standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues, contributing to platform stability and continuous improvement.
  • Participate fully in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered with appropriate consideration for data security, regulatory obligations and long‑term maintainability.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to support platform sustainability and team capability.

About you:

If you meet some of these criteria and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply.

  • Proven experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform in a delivery‑focused role.
  • Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Flows.
  • Experience configuring and extending Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or working with complex Salesforce data models.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models and governor limits.
  • Experience building or supporting Salesforce integrations using APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and working as part of a product‑led team.
  • Experience using CI/CD and deployment tools, ideally Copado.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in financial services, wealth management or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) concepts, such as data ingestion, identity resolution or activation.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement / Marketing Cloud Next.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce platforms post‑implementation (Day‑2 support and enhancement).
