About the Role

This is a varied and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive who is looking to play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality, multi-channel marketing activity for a high-net-worth audience.

Working as part of the London & South-East Regional Marketing team, you will support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, client engagement initiatives, strategic partnerships, sponsorship activations and premium events across London, Guildford and Cambridge.

This role offers exposure to the full marketing mix and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop broad marketing expertise.

You will be involved in everything from campaign planning and audience targeting through to content development, digital activity, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, sponsorship delivery, event activation, reporting and budget management.

A significant part of the role involves managing and executing premium client events and sponsorship programmes from concept through to completion, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

However, this is much more than an events role.

Success requires a well-rounded marketer who can connect activity across channels, use data and insight to inform decision-making, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the development of integrated marketing initiatives that support broader commercial objectives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, investment teams, external partners, agencies and the wider marketing function to deliver marketing activity that enhances client engagement, supports business growth and reinforces Rathbones' premium brand positioning.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their experience, take ownership of meaningful projects and play an active role in shaping marketing activity across one of Rathbones' most significant regions.

As part of the London Regional Marketing team, your role will also support our Cambridge and Guildford offices, with occasional travel required.

  • Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, client communications, delegate management, hospitality coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure all activity is delivered in line with Health & Safety requirements, risk assessments, contractual obligations, GDPR regulations and internal governance processes.
  • Work at pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all activity is delivered to a consistently high standard across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

  • Support the management and delivery of strategic partnerships and sponsorship programmes, ensuring contractual benefits are maximised and commercial objectives are achieved.

  • Create, proofread and edit marketing materials, collateral and client communications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop content and campaigns that can be leveraged across multiple channels, including events, email marketing, partnerships, social media, digital and print.
  • Help ensure a consistent and premium client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stakeholder, Agency & Supplier Management
  • Build strong relationships across regional marketing teams, segment teams, investment teams and wider business functions to support effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
