Client Service & Investment Management
Take responsibility to seek excellent client outcomes through proactive service, management of portfolios, and suitability oversight. Lead client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality interactions, communication and documentation. Collaborate with internal and external professional contacts to deliver holistic wealth solutions. Strong relationships with Rathbones Financial Planning, Portfolio Management and other internal services.
Investment Strategy & Technical Expertise
Ensure investment portfolios aligned with client objectives and market conditions. Thorough understanding of Rathbones investment process, conduct additional research and analysis to support client requirements and outcomes. Maintain strong understanding of Rathbones proposition, commercial awareness of the wider market and clear knowledge of the regulatory framework.
Business Development & Growth
Evidence growth of client book in line with firm strategy, as well as personal business development plan and pipeline of new opportunities. Refine own Rathbones pitch, being able to deliver with confidence and clarity. Demonstrate commercial awareness and contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering development. Actively participate in internal forums and be prepared to contribute to committees and business projects as required. Promote a collaborative culture and uphold the firm’s values and standards.
About you
Strong and well-established client and investment management skills. Proficiency in research, analysis, and IT systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
