The Role
To design, create, update and manage storage/distribution of high quality PowerPoint and Word presentations, pitch decks, communications and documents adhering to Rathbones branding and regulatory requirements as part of a high‑volume Creative Services Team supporting all Business Units across Rathbones.
Outcomes of the Role
- Creation of best‑in‑class PowerPoint presentations to deliver clear and compliant pitch decks, ownership and updating of brand master slides.
- Responsible for day‑to‑day delivery of regular and ad‑hoc documents across key client segments (including Investment Management, Asset Management, Direct Client Advisers, Charities, Greenbank, International etc.) within rigid regular timescales, adhering to the highest standards of financial compliance and accuracy.
- Creation of new and reformatting of existing PowerPoint and Word documents (to current branding and to widescreen digital/A4 print‑ready formats).
- Population of document charts and tables from Excel and other data platforms.
- Creation and ownership of PowerPoint and Word templates and design libraries.
- Development of library of content elements and infographics.
- Image sourcing and editing.
- Animation of elements where required.
- Adherence to all branding, compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Owner and champion of brand guidelines.
- Upload, approval and storage management of documents within our Seismic content management platform.
- Backup design team with asset delivery and management of projects.
Knowledge & Experience
- Presentations experience in Financial Services.
- Knowledge of wealth and investment services would be an advantage with best practice collateral for client types.
- Delivery of high‑volume fast‑turnaround presentation documents (PowerPoint and Word).
- Documentation project management.
- Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experienced in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) so you can back‑up creative team, with asset delivery priority being PowerPoint.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (taking briefs, managing expectations and timescales, liaising with data teams, delivering completed documents to internal stakeholders and external print/design agencies).
- Commitment to quality checking and detail.
- Cross‑team collaboration and enthusiasm to continually develop/optimise process.
- Seismic Sales Enablement Platform (desirable).
