This role runs a highly effective and high-value creative production team that materially improves the Rathbones brand across key target segments by delivering a differentiated brand expression through high-quality design, creative execution, and formats.

Role: Creative Production & Brand Governance Senior Manager

Location: London

Contract: Permanent

Working pattern: Hybrid

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Own, with the brand strategist, the visual identity and design system that expresses Rathbones’ purpose, values, positioning, brand promises, and employee value; iterate as needed to stay current with new technology opportunities.
  • Build an internal studio with high-end capability in in-house photography, design, graphic/video, motion, and PowerPoint design to bring the brand to life.
  • Act as custodian of brand standards, serving as escalation point for brand standards and initiating branding changes when not on standard.
  • Liaise with print/merchandise vendors for specs and quality control.
  • Foster strong relationships across the business so that the team’s expertise and capabilities are understood and utilized effectively.
  • Lead the team to optimise resources, processes, prioritisation, and scheduling; act as a gateway to the Creative Services team to ensure requests are appropriate and achievable.
  • Provide role-specific technical design expertise and act as a focal point for technical design matters on projects.
  • Own version control and sign-off process.
  • Consumer Duty collateral reviewer (not approver).

About you:

  • Prowess with Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint – full understanding of their capabilities.

  • Seismic knowledge/understanding desirable.
  • Significant experience in the creative services sector.
  • Significant experience in traffic/project management.
  • Significant experience in production.

  • Delivery of differentiated visual ID across touchpoints.
