Provides comprehensive administrative and client life cycle processing support to ensure effective and efficient operations to deliver an excellent client experience. This is a non-client facing role and is an entry level role for Client Service. The role holder will work within a model which is managed centrally and embedded locally.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently manage client admin tasks with a focus on data accuracy, including onboarding, transfers, payments, account updates, closures and estate administration.
  • Provide operational support such as booking meeting rooms, processing expenses and preparing meeting packs and correspondence.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of client queries, referring any investment related queries to team members.
  • Communicate with clients as required, giving accurate and up to date information whilst working within Information Giving limitations.
  • Manage mass mailing communication processes, ensuring that correspondence data is updated as required.
  • Create and amend presentations or literature for client meetings.
  • Maintain team diaries, arranging meetings and organising travel.
  • Takes meeting minutes as required.
  • Manage and file correspondence and records in a timely manner ensuring that all client correspondence is saved, filed and archived accordingly to client files.
  • Contribute to Client Service meetings, suggesting improvements to procedures.
  • Share best working practice with other Client Service staff.
  • Office duties to include reception/post duties for the office.

About You:

  • Demonstrable interest in an administration career and evidence of proactively developing self.
  • Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services is advantageous.
  • Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
