This is a varied role for an administrator to support the team of Planners and Paraplanners. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work flexibly to pick up a wide variety of tasks that are required through the day to allow us to provide our clients with the highest standard of service.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing documentation for Planners in advance of their client meetings, including requesting valuations and policy details.
- Request specific policy information from product providers, 3rd parties via email, telephone and online.
- Sending Letters of Authority (LOAs) to clients and tracking progress of policy information received.
- Working alongside Paraplanners to ensure they have sufficient policy information to compile advice reports.
- Liaise with providers and Paraplanners to prepare documentation for advice reports.
- Liaise closely with our centralised Financial Planning Administration team regarding new business submissions and ongoing cases.
- Responsibility for post-sale process for clients.
- Client contact via letters, emails and telephone.
- Pre-completing forms/documentation for sending to clients.
- Maintenance of client records (on Xplan) to ensure client data is up to date.
- Completing client workflows and tasks in XPlan in line with company policy.
- Working in line with company compliance processes and documentation requirements.
- Working alongside the investment managers and their teams, coordinating annual reviews for joint investment management and financial planning clients.
