Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the go-to-market strategy for the intermediary wealth market, leading multi-channel campaigns to deepen IFA relationships and grow assets under management. You'll work with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals, deliver engaging events and data-informed campaigns, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Your work shapes Rathbones' presence in the IFA space and supports sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for wealth propositions targeting IFAs
- Create multi-channel plans to generate quality leads and grow FUM
- Collaborate with distribution and internal teams to align marketing with objectives
- Oversee content creation for IFA audiences to support sales
- Utilise data-driven targeting and prospect databases to optimise campaigns
- Manage campaigns across digital channels, webinars, events, and social media
- Ensure brand consistency across initiatives in line with the company brand
- Provide in-depth campaign performance reporting and optimization recommendations
- Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster innovation and high performance
- Excellent understanding of the IFA market
- Extensive marketing experience to IFAs in wealth management or financial services
- Strong data-driven marketing and lead generation expertise
- Knowledge of Salesforce and email marketing tools
- Ability to collaborate with sales and distribution teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
- Leadership experience with managing and developing marketing teams
- Strong project management skills for multiple campaigns
- Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory environment affecting intermediaries
- Experience with marketing analytics tools to track performance
- Creative and strategic thinker with a drive for innovation
