Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IRESS Xplan-based solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Customise the Xplan interface and workflows to improve functionality and user experience.
- Build and modify report templates in line with business requirements.
- Consult on proposed new reports and apply continuous improvement methodology to outputs.
- Work with Business Design Analysts to ensure requirements are documented for configuration changes.
- Lead the initial design and implementation of changes and enhancements, and transition them from product delivery into support.
- Assist in deploying Xplan solutions and ensure proper integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-deployment phases.
- Support environment refreshes, alignments, rebuilds, and environment-related fixes.
- Collaborate with application engineers, data engineers, third-party vendors, and internal product teams on layout changes and deployment planning.
- Coordinate with internal technology and product teams during changes that could affect Xplan solutions.
- Contribute as a key member of an agile team, including maintaining a JIRA board and participating in agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience building and maintaining IRESS Xplan solutions.
- Proven experience developing solutions in Xmerge, Python, or JavaScript.
- Proven skills in building and configuring workflows.
- Experience with Snowflake data warehouse, Power BI, and Alteryx reporting tools.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of IT and business stakeholders.
- A structured approach to problem solving and issue resolution with a focus on performance.
