As part of our SPAR team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting and review services while ensuring excellent client outcomes throughout the client lifecycle. Working closely with colleagues across Group Operations and the wider business, you'll help drive continuous improvement, manage risk effectively, and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting and review services in line with agreed service levels (SLAs).
- Build strong working relationships across the Client Facing community and wider business functions.
- Collaborate with teams across Operations to ensure positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of complex issues, identifying solutions and driving them through to resolution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and controls.
- Maintain awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape and proactively manage risk.
- Support and develop colleagues through coaching, training and knowledge sharing.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Ensure all activities are carried out with a strong focus on delivering good client and business outcomes.
