About the Role
Join Rathbones' Responsible Business team and play a hands-on role in helping us make a positive impact on our people, communities and the environment. You'll help run our community investment programmes, building relationships with charity partners and supporting initiatives around climate, nature, financial education, social mobility, culture and values.
Working collaboratively with teams across the business, you'll help identify the opportunities we have to operate more responsibly and strengthen how we demonstrate our responsible business commitments to clients and wider stakeholders.
What you'll be responsible for
This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to Rathbones' Responsible Business agenda. You'll take ownership of key programmes and partnerships, work with colleagues across the Group and use data and insight to help us understand, demonstrate and strengthen our impact.
Deliver our community investment programmes, supporting the running of the Rathbones Foundation and helping create meaningful societal impact.
Own and enhance our Responsible Business data, analysing information, supporting accurate reporting and identifying opportunities to make our processes more efficient.
Collaborate with teams across the business to coordinate, promote and build engagement with Responsible Business initiatives.
