To develop investment business and ensure good client outcomes by building strong relationships, managing client portfolios and contributing to the growth of the firm. It marks progression from the Associate role, with increased autonomy, strategic input, and commercial awareness and impact.
- Client Service & Investment Management: Lead client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality interactions, communication and documentation. Strong relationships with Rathbones Financial Planning, Portfolio Management and other internal services.
- Investment Strategy & Technical Expertise: Ensure investment portfolios aligned with client objectives and market conditions. Thorough understanding of Rathbones investment process, conduct additional research and analysis to support client requirements and outcomes. Maintain strong understanding of Rathbones proposition, commercial awareness of the wider market and clear knowledge of the regulatory framework. Demonstrate commercial awareness and contribute to the firms growth initiatives. Actively participate in internal forums and be prepared to contribute to committees and business projects as required.
Strong and well-established client and investment management skills. Proficiency in research, analysis, and IT systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
