Role Title: CREATIVE PRODUCTION & BRAND GOVERNANCE SNR MANAGER

About the Role
To run a highly effective and high value creative production team that materially improve the key equities of the Rathbones brand in key target segments by orchestrating a strongly differentiated brand expression, using the power of high quality design, creative expression and execution in all creative formats.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Own, in collaboration with the brand strategist, the visual identity and design system that expresses our purpose and values, positioning, brand promises and employee value. Iterate where required - staying current and inline with new technological opportunity.
- Bring the brand to life, having built an internal studio with high end capability in in-house photography, design, graphic / video motion and PowerPoint design.
- Be a custodian of brand standards, being an escalation point for brand standards, arbitrator if conflicting views, initiator of branding changes if not on standard.
- Liaison with print/merchandise vendors for specs and brand quality control.
- Build strong relationships across the business, such that the role, expertise and capabilities of the team are both understood and utilised appropriately.
- Team leadership, maximising available resource, enhancing processes, prioritisation and scheduling, acting as a gateway to the Creative Services team ensuring business requests are both appropriate and achievable.
- Providing role specific technical expertise in design principles and management, acting as a focal point for technical design related matters on projects.
- Own the version control and sign-off process.
- Consumer Duty collateral reviewer (not approver).
About you
