- Client Service & Investment Management
- Lead client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality interactions, communication and documentation.
- Strong relationships with Rathbones Financial Planning, Portfolio Management and other internal services.
- Investment Strategy & Technical Expertise
- Ensure investment portfolios aligned with client objectives and market conditions.
- Thorough understanding of Rathbones investment process, conduct additional research and analysis to support client requirements and outcomes.
- Maintain strong understanding of Rathbones proposition, commercial awareness of the wider market and clear knowledge of the regulatory framework.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and contribute to the firms growth initiatives.
- Actively participate in internal forums and be prepared to contribute to committees and business projects as required.
Strong and well-established client and investment management skills. Proficiency in research, analysis, and IT systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities. Background in investment management with experience managing portfolios. Experience in client administration and regulatory compliance.
