The Rathbone, Fitzrovia and its sister property The Collingham Serviced Apartments are continuing an exciting period of growth and development. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager to support the performance of our boutique hotel operations in Central London. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who combines strong analytical ability with a hands-on and collaborative approach, and who understands the importance of balancing commercial performance with guest experience and operational standards.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across both revenue management and reservations operations within a fast-paced hotel environment.
The Role
The Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager will support the day-to-day commercial and reservations performance of both properties, assisting in driving revenue opportunities while ensuring the smooth operation of the reservations function. Working closely with the wider hotel teams, this role will support pricing strategies, monitor market trends and distribution channels, and help maximise occupancy and profitability across the business. This is a collaborative and operationally involved position, requiring regular communication with all departments to support commercial decision-making while maintaining excellent service standards and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Reservations team and Revenue Director, maintaining system accuracy and contributing to the overall commercial success of the hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of revenue and pricing strategies to support occupancy and financial performance
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pace reports
- Support the management of room inventory and rate availability across all distribution channels
- Maintain and monitor Opera Cloud PMS, RMS and third-party booking platforms
- Prepare regular commercial and performance reports for senior management
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to support market performance and commercial objectives
- Guide and support the Reservations team to ensure accuracy, service quality and effective selling techniques
- Ensure reservations procedures and systems are maintained effectively and accurately
- Support day-to-day reservations operations and assist the team during busy periods
- Maintain strong communication across departments to support a seamless guest experience
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, processes and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience within hotel reservations and revenue management
- Experience working within a 4 star + hotel environment
- Strong analytical capability with intermediate Excel skills and confidence handling data and reporting
- Understanding of RevPAR, RGI, segmentation strategy and booking pace analysis
- Experience using Opera Cloud PMS is essential
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence using hotel systems and revenue platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A professional and collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support operationally when required
