The Role
A key role within the Product and Transformation Office responsible for partnering across the Product & Transformation team to provide benefits oversight, quality assurance, standards, principles, process, RACI required to support the Product and Transformation portfolio. Supporting the HTPO and their leadership team with governance guidance, quality assurance and partner across the Product teams to support capability of our products and programmes.

Demonstrable experience and understanding of Portfolio Management, process frameworks, management systems (incl. KPI-definition, controlling and reporting system), strategic alignments/prioritisation, resource and demand planning. Demonstrable experience of applying quality assurance principles to product and transformation governance and delivery.
Support the P & T office to:
- Support the execution of Product & Programme capability and governance strategy.
- Support the Reporting and Governance Manager across boards, executives and regulatory commitments and holistic oversight and reporting across the P & T function.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset ideally with strong numerical academics.
- Ability to proactively contribute, deliver and work towards Product & Transformation office best practice processes & procedures.
- Ability to influence, engage and collaborate with a diverse range of personalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and articulate communication skills, including ability to negotiate successful outcomes.
- Must be a self-starter, a team player, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Acts with integrity.
- Analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working.
- Able and confident to challenge assumptions and probe detail.
- Experience as part of an Exec facing transformation / programme management function.
- Experience of managing projects and/or products.
