We're looking for a Talent Marketing & Employer Brand Manager to lead the launch of talent marketing for the Rathbones Institute, our flagship development programme designed to build a world-class pipeline of future talent and strengthen our position as the employer of choice in wealth management.
Joining at a pivotal moment, you'll play a key role in bringing the Institute to life, creating compelling campaigns, content and experiences that attract exceptional people and showcase what makes a career at Rathbones different. Working across Talent Acquisition, People, Marketing and Learning & Development, you'll help define our employer brand, influence how we're seen in the market and leave a lasting legacy through a talent marketing strategy that sets us up for long-term success.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Shape our talent marketing strategy: Take ownership of the Rathbones Institute's talent marketing strategy, defining how we attract exceptional and diverse talent through engaging campaigns, innovative channels and targeted audience approaches.
- Lead a flagship launch campaign: Play a pivotal role in bringing the Rathbones Institute to market, designing and delivering high-profile, multi-channel campaigns across social media, careers platforms, events and paid media to drive awareness and attract outstanding talent.
- Partner with industry experts: Work with leading talent marketing, creative and employer brand agencies, building strong partnerships and influencing high-quality work that delivers measurable results and elevates the Rathbones brand.
- Create compelling content that inspires: Bring the Rathbones Institute to life through engaging storytelling, colleague spotlights, videos, social media content and careers site copy that showcase our culture, opportunities and purpose.
- Build our external talent brand presence: Own and develop the Institute's presence across our careers website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other key channels, helping to position Rathbones as a destination employer within wealth management.
- Enhance the candidate experience: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People teams to create a seamless and engaging candidate journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of the Rathbones experience from first touchpoint through to onboarding.
- Use data to drive success: Measure and optimise campaign performance through insight-led decision making, tracking key metrics and demonstrating the tangible impact of talent marketing on attracting and hiring great people.
- Help shape our employer brand: Contribute to the evolution of Rathbones' employer brand and Employee Value Proposition, creating messaging that resonates with different talent audiences while strengthening our market reputation.
- Influence how Rathbones tells its story: Work closely with Communications, Marketing and Brand teams to ensure our talent messaging is aligned with the wider Rathbones narrative and consistently reflects who we are as a business.
- Build relationships across the business: Engage with senior stakeholders, programme sponsors and colleagues throughout Rathbones to uncover inspiring stories, gather insight and champion our talent agenda.
- Create a lasting legacy: Establish meaningful processes, partnerships and ways of working that will continue to support Rathbones' talent ambitions well beyond the life of the contract.
About you:
- You bring significant experience in talent marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing or a related communications role, with a strong track record of creating campaigns that attract and engage top talent.
