Kick‑start your career as a Junior Personal Tax Assistant Apprentice at Rathbones, joining our Personal Tax Team. You’ll support individuals with their personal tax compliance while gaining valuable exposure to personal tax advisory work, helping clients stay compliant and pay the right amount of tax, on time. As you learn on the job, you’ll work towards your Level 4 ATT tax qualification, building practical experience, professional confidence, strong connections from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Learn how personal tax works by helping to prepare and submit tax returns.
- Gain exposure to personal tax advisory work and help to build client relationships.
- Support managers to meet deadlines and deliver a great service to clients.
- Assist managers with work in progress management, billing and risk management.
- Study towards your Level 4 ATT tax qualification while gaining hands‑on experience.
- Be part of a supportive team, helping clients to understand personal tax and stay compliant.
