- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable, well‑governed Salesforce solutions, balancing declarative configuration with robust programmatic development.
- Lead hands‑on development across Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and integrations, setting coding standards and design patterns for the wider team.
- Act as the technical authority for FSC data modelling, including Person Accounts, households, relationship groups, rollups and compliant data sharing.
- Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and downstream / upstream systems using modern API‑led and event‑driven patterns.
- Provide technical leadership during the transformation programme, working alongside a delivery partner and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the in‑house team.
- Establish and enforce CI/CD, environment and release management standards using Copado, ensuring quality, traceability and auditability.
- Mentor and coach Salesforce Developers / Application Engineers, providing code reviews, design guidance and technical escalation.
- Partner closely with the Product team to shape delivery roadmaps, manage technical risk and prioritise platform improvements.
- Ensure platform solutions support long‑term operational sustainability.
About you
